What will my dog do at daycare?
Each dog is as unique as the people who love them. That’s why we offer a customized mix of indoor and outdoor activities suited to your dog’s individual personality and natural instincts. Walks, toy time and fun games ensure your dog has an enjoyable day burning off their energy, both physically and mentally. If your dog/puppy has been practicing their obedience skills, let us know! We can help them work on their sit, stay and recall. Show us what your pooch can do and we will help them practice!
Do you accept puppies?
Are you kidding? We adore them! We welcome all pups, 3 months and over, once they’ve received their vaccinations and have been cleared by their veterinarian to attend daycare.
Does my dog need to be licensed?
Yes. Your dog will need a City of Toronto dog license. We often take the daycare dogs to local areas where they can be subject to a hefty fine if they’re unlicensed.
Do I need a reservation?
Yes. Reservations are required for all daycare programs. This ensures we schedule staff according to our group sizes. If you do need daycare on short notice, please call the location and confirm as we still may be able to accommodate.
Do you provide a shuttle service?
Unfortunately our shuttle service is available for boarding and field trip clients only.
How do I pay?
We email invoices directly to you. By following the link on the email you can securely pay with any major credit card. Etransfer is also accepted. If your dog will be a regular attendee, you may benefit from our discounted prepaid packages Daycare clients who prefer to pay as you go will be invoiced at the end of each week.
