To ensure a happy and safe experience for all our canine guests and their families at our Uberdog locations, new clients are required to complete these 3 easy steps before any Uberdog reservation can be confirmed.

Please Fill out the form, making sure you choose the type of grooming service you are looking to get for your dog and the location closes to you.
Once you submit the form, we will review it and contact you shortly to schedule a time and confirm the location you would like to bring your dog to.
Also please provide any additional information about your dog that will help us with grooming.
Ex: Dislikes grooming around eyes or ears… Is your dog calm or does he or she tend to move around a lot? Things like this will help us provide the best care when grooming.
